HGV Technician Location: Dunstable Salary: Up to £23.50 per hour (£53,768 per annum) DOE Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday Shifts: 06 00 / 12 00 Friday: 06 00 / 12 00 Overtime: Saturdays as required HGV Technician Dunstable We are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified HGV Technician to join a well-established commercial vehicle operation based in Dunstable. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HGVs to a high standard. Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance. Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults and complete repairs. Carry out scheduled safety inspections. Identify and report any additional repairs or rectification work required. Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately. Liaise with the Shift Supervisor regarding daily workload and allocated tasks. Participate in the breakdown and call-out rota when required. Essential Requirements CandG or NVQ Level 3 HGV Technician qualification. Proven experience working as an HGV Technician. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge. Full clean driving licence. HGV driving licence would be advantageous.
