The Role
As an HGV Technician, you''ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring maximum reliability and safety for customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately.
Repairing mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
Completing all service documentation and job cards accurately.
Working in line with manufacturer procedures and warranty standards.
Maintaining excellent workshop housekeeping and health & safety standards.
Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology through ongoing manufacturer training.
What We''re Looking For
Previous experience as an HGV Technician.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Good mechanical and electrical knowledge of commercial vehicles.
A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Full UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous, with training available if required).
Right to work in the UK.
