HGV Technician

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles and Trailers .Duties:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, 6 weekly inspections and MOT preparation to DVSA standardYou will be required to flexible and undertake all aspects of vehicle maintenance, inspection, MOT preparation and repair of our growing HGV fleet.- 6 Weekly inspection- MOT Preparation- Minor Defect Repairs- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issues- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performedQualifications:- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment- Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamClass 1 HGV licence (preferred but not essential-IRTEC HGV Inspection Technician certificate.
