HGV Technician Salary: £43,108 per annum (OTE):circa £50000 Location: Neath (On-Site Workshop) Shift Pattern (rotation): Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00-15:00Back Shift: Monday to Friday, 13:00-22:00Overtime - Saturday Mornings: 0600 - 1200On-Call rota: 1 in 3 weeks (Additional payment for on call) £5,000 Sign-On BonusA warm welcome to the team and recognition of the valuable skills you bring, paid after successful completion of 3 month settling in period. First-Year OTE of circa £54,000Combine your base salary, expected overtime, annual bonus, and sign-on bonus for a rewarding first-year package.Annual Bonus on completion of criteria (up to £2,000)Recognising your ongoing personal and team contribution to our fleet safety and operation.Expected Overtime Earnings (£5,000)Regular and realistic additional overtime earnings, paid at 1.5x hourly rate, with potential to be higher than this (dependant on business need)Industry-Leading TrainingLPG, IRTEC and gaining your HGV licence/ADR, we''ll support you to grow.
