Location: Lincoln
Salary: £44,387 per annum + Overtime + Call-Out Payments
Hours: 45 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rotating early/late shifts + every other Saturday morning

We''re recruiting for a skilled HGV Technician to join a busy workshop in Lincoln, offering excellent overtime opportunities, training and long-term career progression.

Working Hours
The role operates on a rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:30pm
Week 2: Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-10:30pm
Every other Saturday: 7:00am-12:00pm, paid at time and a half.
This is a 45-hour working week, with two Saturday mornings worked each month.

The Role
·Service, maintain and repair HGVs and commercial vehicles
·Carry out inspections, diagnostics and fault finding
·Prepare vehicles for MOT and DVSA inspections
·Complete mechanical and electrical repairs
·Attend breakdowns and call-outs when required
·Carry out preventative maintenance
·Complete accurate service and repair records
·Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship

What We''re Looking For
·NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent
·Previous HGV Technician experience
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Commercial vehicle or dealership experience
·Full UK Driving Licence
·Reliable and professional approach
·Commitment to high standards of workmanship and safety
