HGV TECHNICIAN
Salary: OTE £63,312
Location: Heathrow
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hrs a week + 1 in 3 Saturdays mornings
 
Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a well-paid opportunity with excellent benefits and long-term career development?
We are currently recruiting for a skilled HGV Technician to join a busy and successful commercial vehicle workshop. You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a range of heavy goods vehicles, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
 
The Role:
·Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs
·Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical faults
·Complete vehicle inspections and MOT preparation
·Accurately complete job cards and service documentation
·Identify and report any additional repair work required
·Work efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime
·Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and company standards
 
What We''re Looking For:
·Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
·Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Technician for over 5 years
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·MOT preparation experience desirable
·Full UK Driving Licence
·A reliable and proactive approach to work
