HGV Technician Rotating ShiftsNottingham Up to £20 per hour DOE OTE £50,000 DescriptionWe are recruiting for an HGV Technician to join an established commercial vehicle workshop in Nottingham.Salary Up to £20 per hour, depending on experience, with overtime earning potential of £50,000. Shift Pattern Shift 1: Monday Friday, 15 00.Shift 2: Tuesday Friday, 06 30.Alternative Saturdays: 06 30.Minimum 42.5 hours per week. The HGV Technician Role Service, maintain and repair trucks and vans.Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical repairs.Complete work to DVSA and manufacturer standards.Use diagnostic equipment and workshop systems.Support apprentices and the wider workshop team.Keep up to date with technical developments. Requirements Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.Experience working on commercial vehicles.Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.Full UK driving licence.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Main dealer, HGV licence, Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks experience advantageous.
