We’re looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join an independent commercial vehicle workshop in the Walton-on-Thames area. This is a proper hands-on role for someone who enjoys fixing trucks, solving problems and occasionally wondering why someone thought a particular component needed to be hidden in the most inaccessible place possible. You’ll be joining a small team of three in a well-equipped workshop, working predominantly on HGVs, with the occasional LCV and fleet car thrown into the mix. The Role You’ll be carrying out general repairs, servicing and maintenance across a varied HGV workload. The workshop has two pits and all the equipment you’d expect, so you’ll have what you need to get the job done properly.
