HGV Technician

Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a new opportunity with a respected commercial vehicle dealer group?Adams Morey is looking for a skilled and motivated HGV Technician to join our Salisbury depot, with an upcoming move to our new Andover site. As an HGV Technician, you''ll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a range of commercial vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customers'' vehicles are back on the road safely and efficiently. Salary: Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage). Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, plus call outs when on rota, i.e. 40 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid) with two 15 minutes paid breaks. Key Responsibilities: Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehicles. Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment. Complete MOT preparation and inspection work. Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and health and safety standards. Accurately complete job cards and service documentation. Work effectively as part of a professional workshop team. Ideally, we are looking for: Previous experience as an HGV Technician, Truck Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician. Relevant technical qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent preferred). Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. Full UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous but not essential). In return ..... full job details .....
