Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial vehicle service provider in South Cambridgeshire. With a growing customer base and strong reputation for quality, they are expanding their team and seeking motivated technicians to join them.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) and light commercial vehicles (LCVs).Ensure all vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and operating at peak performance.Identify and fix mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.Work independently and collaboratively within the workshop team.Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.What We''re Looking For:Proven experience working on HGVs and LCVs.Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.Proactive, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Relevant automotive qualifications are a plus.DAF experience and training is beneficial but not essential.Full UK driving licence with a clean record.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Working HoursFlexible shift patterns including early, day, and late shifts to meet customer needs.
