This is a critical role responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of our fleet of-Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs)-and our state-of-the-art-Aggregate Wash Plant. Key Responsibilities HGV Fleet Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance on our diverse fleet of HGVs (e.g., skips, roll-on-offs, tippers) to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards (e.g., DVSA, operator licensing). Diagnose, repair, and overhaul mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults across the fleet. Manage vehicle documentation, maintenance records, and parts inventory. Conduct pre-MOT inspections and prepare vehicles for mandatory testing. Aggregate Wash Plant Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on the wash plant, including crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, and associated mechanical and electrical systems.
