About the Role
This permanent HGV Tech role based in Carryduff involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing heavy goods vehicles for a well-established commercial dealership. You will diagnose mechanical faults using modern diagnostic equipment, complete MOT preparations, and perform general repairs to manufacturer standards. Accurate completion of job cards and workshop documentation is required. The position supports fleet operators across the region, offering exposure to contemporary commercial vehicles. A well established commercial vehicle dealership is looking for skilled HGV and LGV Technicians to join its growing workshop team in the Greater Belfast area.

The Role
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and LGVs
- Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment
- Complete MOT preparation, inspections, and general repairs
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with manufacturer standards
- Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative workshop team
What We''re Looking For
- Experience as an HGV Technician, LGV Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / City andamp; Guilds or equivalent preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous but not essential)
- A reliable, proactive approach with a strong work ethic
