Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver to join our team for a long-term contract based in Somerset. This role involves the transportation of water-based bitumen to various sites, ensuring all deliveries are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and timely delivery of water-based bitumen
• Operating tanker vehicles in line with all road and safety regulations
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures on-site and on the road

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
• Valid CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card ( Not Essential )
• Previous tanker experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong understanding of driver hours and regulations
• Good communication and reliability
