HGV Shift Technician

1Truck and Bus, Wales and West are an approved franchise of Volvo Group, specialising in the sale repair and maintenance of Volvo Trucks and Buses.We currently have an opportunity for an HGV Shift Technician to join our busy workshop in Shepton Mallet.Duties will include carrying out routine servicing, MOTs, general repairs of all types of heavy commercial vehicles and trailers and completion of all paperwork relevant to the repair.Product training will be given and applicants that currently work with light goods vehicles will be given HEAVY commercial vehicle training.Ideally applicants will have served a recognised motor vehicle apprenticeship (or equivalent).40 hours per weekEarly shift - 07:00-15:30Late shift - 14:30-23:00Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £39,208.00-£45,572.00 per yearBenefits: Company pension Free parking Health and wellbeing programme On-site parking Sick payWork Location: In ..... full job details .....
