We''re looking for a driven, organised, and hands-on HGV Parts Manager who can take ownership of a busy parts department supporting workshop operations and external customers. This isn''t just a management role-you''ll be at the centre of the action, making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

What You''ll Be Responsible For

• Take full control of the parts department and depot stores-own it like it''s your business

• Keep stock levels sharp, accurate, and ready to meet demand

• Source and secure HGV parts at the best possible price-your decisions impact the bottom line

• Build strong, lasting relationships with suppliers and customers

• Lead, motivate, and develop your parts team

• Track usage, spot trends, and optimise performance

• Be the go-to expert for all parts-related queries-internal and customer-facing

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven experience running a parts operation in a commercial vehicle or fleet environment

• Solid knowledge of HGV parts and components (a big advantage)

• Strong organisational and stock control skills-you stay on top of everything

• Experience using parts and inventory management systems

• Confident leadership skills-you can drive a team forward

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
