We''re looking for an experienced HGV Operative who enjoys working as part of a supportive team, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is committed to making a positive impact on every project.

Travel, working away, and occasional night and weekend working form part of this varied, hands-on role.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery of highways and infrastructure projects across the UK
• Transporting plant, materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Working closely with colleagues on site to support project delivery
• Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining accurate records
• Following health, safety and environmental procedures
• Helping maintain high standards of safety and quality on site

What You''ll Bring

We''re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, supports their team and takes pride in a job well done, alongside:

• HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
• Driver CPC qualification
• CSCS Labourer Card
• Experience operating HGV vehicles within construction, highways or civil engineering
• A good understanding of vehicle safety and compliance requirements
• Highways or National Highways experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required
