We proudly represent industry leaders including DAF Trucks, FiatPro, and Maxus, providing world-class vehicle sales and aftersales support.We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Supervisor on our night shift in Croydon.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Monitor job progress, review job cards, and ensure accurate job timing for costing purposesManage all warranty and additional work procedures, ensuring correct documentation and customer authorisationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure consistent service deliverySupervise and support workshop staff, providing leadershipEnsure workshop cleanliness, compliance with Health and Safety, and adherence to all company and legal standards Skills and Experience Required Minimum 5 years'' experience in HGV and trailer maintenanceStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsA proactive, customer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently with strong problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in a similar role At Ballyvesey Holdings your right to privacy is important to us.
