This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience across HGVs, plant machinery, and associated equipment. Key Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance, inspections, servicing, repairs, and testing on HGVs, plant machinery, and equipment. Prepare, present, and accompany HGV vehicles for annual MOT inspections. Perform periodic safety inspections in line with VOSA inspection manual standards. Diagnose and repair complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults. Undertake welding, fabrication, and vehicle body repairs as required. Attend roadside breakdowns and accident-damaged vehicles, carrying out both temporary and permanent repairs. Prepare vehicles for service and decommission vehicles when required. Install and remove ancillary equipment, accessories, and vehicle livery. Complete all relevant workshop documentation and update the workshop management system accurately.
