We are looking for a HGV Mechanic to join our Workshop team. HGV Mechanic Role Description Working as an integral part of our Workshop team, this position will involve: Vehicle and trailer servicing Vehicle and trailer repairs Vehicle and Trailer MOT preparation. The completion of roadside repairs. Use of fleet diagnostic equipment. Site maintenance duties.The role works on a rotational shift pattern, as follows: Week 1: Monday to Friday 06.00-14.00hrs, Week 2: Monday to Friday 13-00-21.00hrs and Saturday morning, 08.00-12.00hrs.Weekly pay is based on skills and experience. The minimum hourly rate is £16.00 (£34K) + shift overtime, where required at a minimum of £20 per hour.The successful candidate for this position will have the following skills: Previous HGV Vehicle Maintenance experience. A Flexible Approach. A Full UK Driving Licence. A LGV Licence and IRTEC licence would be beneficial, but not essential.
