Location: DroitwichJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £48,000 - £50,000 per year HGV Technician / Mechanic - Droitwich We''re seeking an experienced and qualified HGV Workshop Mechanic to join a respected logistics company based in Droitwich. The business operates several depots across the UK and is recognised for delivering reliable, high-quality transport and logistics solutions. As part of a busy and well-equipped workshop, you''ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of a modern fleet of Mercedes and DAF HGVs, as well as tri-axle trailers. This role offers excellent long-term stability and the chance to work within a supportive, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on HGVs and trailersDiagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faultsEnsure all vehicles are roadworthy, compliant, and meet DVSA standardsWork efficiently both independently and as part of a small workshop teamMaintain accurate records and complete all job-related documentationFollow all Health and Safety policies and promote safe working practices Working Hours Monday to Friday (rotating shifts): Week 1: 06:00 - 14:30Week 2: 12:00 - 20:30Alternate Saturdays: 07:00 - 12:00On-call rota: Additional payment provided What''s on Offer Competitive salary: £48,000 - £50,000 per yearOvertime opportunitiesTool allowanceOn-call paymentsCompany pensionFree on-site parkingHealth and wellbeing programmeSupportive ..... full job details .....
