HGV Mechanic - Requirements Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or substantial equivalent HGV experience. Proven experience in HGV or heavy vehicle maintenance and repair. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Experience in welding, fabrication and soldering. Good understanding of DVSA vehicle safety and maintenance standards.
