Job Title: HGV Mechanic
Location: Poole
Salary: -18.00 - -22.00 per hour + overtime
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic to join an established company in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled engineer to secure long-term work with guaranteed overtime and ongoing manufacturer training.

• Carry out routine servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on HGVs and related vehicles

• Work to manufacturer standards and safety procedures

• Support breakdowns and on-call duties (1 week in 6)

• Maintain accurate job records and reports

• Week 1: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 17:20

• Week 2: Monday - Friday, 12:00 - 22:00 + Saturday, 07:00 - 12:00

• Overtime available daily

• -18.00 - -22.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Guaranteed overtime every day, with more available

• 20 days holiday (rising to 25 with service)

• Manufacturer training and career development

• Call-out rota (1 in 6) with additional pay

• Previous experience as an HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic

• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and repair skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
