HGV Mechanic

Job Summary:We are currently seeking a skilled HGV Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and fitting parts to construct metal structures.Responsibilities:- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints- Measure and cut materials to precise specifications- Assemble and fit components using hand tools and welding equipment- Ensure accuracy and quality of finished products- Conduct quality checks on completed work- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlinesExperience:- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role- Proficiency in using hand tools and welding equipment- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop environmentSkills:- Delivery driver experience preferred- Commercial driving skills desirableIf you meet the above requirements and are looking to join a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
