HGV / Fleet Vehicle Technician Potential earnings: £60k-65k+ Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated HGV / Fleet Vehicle Technician to join our client''s busy operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining fleet vehicles to the highest safety and compliance standards, ensuring maximum vehicle availability and operational reliability. Key Responsibilities Carry out scheduled four-weekly vehicle inspections in line with DVSA/VOSA compliance standards. Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections, including servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs efficiently to minimise fleet downtime. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with company procedures, health and safety regulations, and legal compliance requirements. Participate in the on-call rota to provide breakdown and emergency support when required. Maintain accurate service and repair records for fleet compliance and audit purposes. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining high workshop standards.
