The Role You will be delivering engaging and practical teaching across HGV and motor vehicle-related programmes, supporting learners to develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the industry. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across HGV and related subjects
• Support and inspire learners to achieve their full potential
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and teaching practices

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Studies (or equivalent)
• Industry experience within HGV, heavy goods vehicles, or related areas
• Teaching experience in further education or training (desirable)
• Knowledge of hybrid/electric vehicles, MOT testing, or air conditioning systems would be advantageous
• A passion for education and developing future talent
