This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of on-site services while leading and supporting operational crews.You will take ownership of jobs from preparation through to completion, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to the required standard, while maintaining excellent client service and driving productivity and profitability.The Role:Lead and deliver on-site operations safely, efficiently, and to a high standardReview job packs, risk assessments, and method statements prior to workEnsure all vehicles, equipment, and PPE are compliant and fit for purposeDrive and take responsibility for company HGV vehicles (Class 1 or Class 2)Carry out dynamic risk assessments and lead toolbox talks on siteSupervise and allocate work to crews, driving productivity and qualityMaintain clear communication with Supervisors, teams, and customersComplete all job documentation, checklists, and customer ..... full job details .....
