Are you an experienced and skilled HGV Mechanic looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client is one of the UK’s leading arboricultural companies and they need a reliable and qualified Fitter Mechanic to join the team.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience

· Full, clean HGV licence (Category C or above)

· Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance and repairs

· Experience working with plant and commercial vehicles (desirable)

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Commitment to safety and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a fleet of HGVs and specialist equipment

· Perform diagnostics and fault finding

· Ensure all vehicles meet DVSA roadworthiness standards

· Maintain accurate records of work carried out

· Support mobile repairs and attend roadside breakdowns when required
