HGV Drivers

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Tewkesbury area. We are looking for HGV Drivers to join the team.

Roles Available:-

• HGV Class 1-
• HGV Class 2-

Shift Schedule:-Monday to Friday-

Start Time:-08:00am starts-

Pay Rate:15.36 per hour PAYE-

Location:-Tewkesbury, GL20

Job Type:-Ongoing-

The role:

• Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels.-
• 15-25 bulk deliveries and collections on return-
• Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Drivers will be required to assist with loading and unloading of the roll cages from the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.
• Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or 2 entitlement (Cat C/C&E).
• 6 months experience required-
• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A safety-first mindset.
