About the Role
HGV Drivers are required by Pertemps Crewe for a client based in Crewe, with immediate starts available on an ongoing temporary basis. This full-time or part-time position involves driving a double-decker boxed vehicle to deliver chilled goods across a maximum of five drops, with shifts lasting between 12 and 15 hours. No handball is involved, and occasional nights out attract a £25 allowance. Applicants must hold a CE licence with at least one year of experience, a full UK driving licence with no more than six points, and valid Digi and CPC cards. Pay rates range from £22.38 to £27.55 per hour, with block bookings and various shift patterns available.
HGV / Class 1 Drivers
Pertemps Crewe are currently looking for HGV / Class 1 / CE / LGV 1 Drivers to work out of our client in Crewe on an ongoing basis with an immediate start.
For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV 1 / C+E Driver role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving a double decker boxed vehicle
- Delivery of chilled goods
- Duties are between 12-15hrs
- No handball is involved
- Maximum 5 drops
- Occasional night out with £25 allowance
For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV 1 / C+E Driver role, you will need:
- CE Licence with at least 1 years’ experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- No more than 6 points
- Digi and CPC Card
