The Staffing Network is a National labour provider across the UK. The Staffing Network are recruiting HGV Class 1 Day and Tremper Drivers for our client based Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Operate Curtainsided trailers to transport goods to designated locations. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of vehicle maintenance. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Requirements Full UK driver License, C1 Licence, Driver CPC, DQC, no more than 6 points on license Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, preferably curtainsided lorries. Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices for driving. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Shifts: Mon-Fri tramping, Day shifts, Night shift, we can vary days also to suit.
