We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers to join the team.Shifts: Run across Monday to Sunday (weekends included) Hours: 01:00am starts13:00pm -15:00pm startsPay Rate:Class 2Afters - £15.86 per hour rising to £16.61 per hour after 12 weeks PAYENights- £17.10 per hour rising to £17.80 per hour after 12 weeks PAYEClass 1Afters - £17.22 per hour rising to £17.92 per hour after 12 weeks PAYENights - £19.12 per hour rising to £19.87 per hour after 12 weeks PAYELocation: Grays RM20Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidateThe role: Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units. Handling runs, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork. Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck. Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C). Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Full understanding of WTD legislation. Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position. Excellent communication skills.
