HGV Driver

We are currently recruiting HGV Drivers on behalf of one of our well-established clients. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers to join a busy and growing operation.The successful candidates will be responsible for completing deliveries and collections safely and efficiently while providing a high level of customer service. A variety of shifts may be available, with ongoing work and potential long-term opportunities for the right candidates. HGV Drivers - Details: Monday to Friday various start times between 05.00am - 10.00am start Temporary to Permanent opportunity following successful trial period HGV Driver - Rates of pay: Basic pay rate - 19.00 per hour 28.50 for any hours worked after 40 hours per weekHGV Driver - Job description: General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice delivering and collection to/from the customer''s premises or other locations Delivering products on behalf of the customer Use of electronic POD and up to date technology (full training provided if required) Assisting with loading and unloading if required Good communication and customer service HGV Driver - RequirementsA full UK C/C+E licence (essential) No more than 6 points on your licence No previous disqualifications (DD,TT,DR,CD,IN) Good knowledge of drivers hours and WTD regulations Other benefits of working with The Best Connection Pension Contributions 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) Weekly Pay 24/7 contact with friendly and helpful ..... full job details .....
