HGV Driver / Loader - Class 2

Pay Rate: -16.14 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30 - 15:00
Location: GU15 Camberley

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver / Loader to join a busy operational team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a Class 2 HGV safely and efficiently, while also assisting with loading and unloading duties. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable working as part of a team.

• Driving a Class 2 HGV in a safe and responsible manner.

• Carrying out vehicle checks before and after journeys.

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.

• Ensuring loads are secure and handled correctly.

• Following planned routes and schedules.

• Completing relevant delivery, collection and vehicle paperwork.

• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

• Working closely with colleagues and operational teams.

• Reporting any vehicle defects, incidents or issues promptly.

• Carrying out general loading and operational duties as required.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.

• Has previous experience driving Class 2 vehicles.

• Has a valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.

• Has good knowledge of road safety and HGV regulations.

• Is physically fit and comfortable carrying out loading and unloading duties.

• Is reliable, punctual and professional.

• Can work independently while also being a strong team player.

• Has a positive attitude and good communication skills.

• Is committed to following health and safety procedures.
