Shift availability Friday to Tuesday or Saturday to Wednesday Contract Ongoing Shifts - Early mornings - 00:00 - 02:00 starts Driver Resource are currently seeking to recruit Class 1 Drivers (HGV/LGV) to work an ongoing basis for RXO on the Costco contract based at Crick, Northamptonshire. Duties for the Class 1 Driver (HGV/LGV) is - 1/2 Trunks per day to Costco stores with a possible collection on return from one of their suppliers. This is mostly a trunking role as the vehicle is security padlocked and only opened by store staff when arriving at the destination. Driver may be expected to help with loading at some of Costco''s suppliers. The majority of suppliers however will load the vehicle themselves. Average hours for the Class 1 Drivers (HGV/LGV) are 10-12 per day. However hours can be longer in busy periods. Minimum 8 hours will apply. My Client is a 7 day a week operation. The Class 1 Drivers availability is taken the week prior and shifts times are texted out daily by 9:00/9:30am the day before. This contract does not employ permanent staff so all Class 1 drivers (HGV/LGV) come from the agency. They are a 52 week a year operation.
