What You''ll Do:As an HGV Driver Class 2, you will play a vital role in supporting our community by driving council HGV vehicles alongside a hardworking crew. Your key responsibilities will include: Collecting domestic, commercial, and green waste from various locations around the borough.Tipping waste at the local tip, ensuring all materials are disposed of responsibly.Adhering to Health and Safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.Wearing steel toe cap boots at all times to protect yourself while on the job.Working on the afternoon Shift - 2pm-10pm - Job and Knock. What We''re Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should possess: A valid driving licence (Category C).CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) certification.Digi Tacho training.Previous experience driving HGV vehicles.
