Hgv Driver

We are currently-recruiting-approximately 10 HGV-Drivers-to support a-major-infrastructure project-across-Argyll & Bute.

Successful candidates will-be based from-Oban, Inveraray, or-Lochgilphead, operating-8-wheel tipper-vehicles with sleeper-cabs-to support ongoing-civil engineering and-infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an-8-wheel tipper-vehicle across various-project sites.
• Transport materials, aggregates, and equipment-as required.
• Carry out daily-vehicle inspections and-report any defects.
• Ensure all deliveries-are completed safely-and efficiently.
• Comply with all-road-transport legislation and-site health-and safety procedures.
• Work closely with-site teams to-support project operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid-Class 1 (Category-C+E)-or-Class 2 (Category-C)-HGV licence.
• Valid Driver CPC-qualification.
• Digital-Tachograph Card.
• Previous experience operating-tipper vehicles is-desirable but not-essential.
• Good-understanding of vehicle-safety checks and-transport regulations.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to-work as part-of a team.
