The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Driver to join our team in Ashford.

As a key member of our operation, you''ll be responsible for the safe, secure, and efficient transportation of plant and equipment to customer sites, company depots, and other locations. You''ll play a crucial role in delivering the outstanding service that Andrews Sykes is known for, acting as a professional ambassador for our business every day.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Safely transporting plant and equipment to and from customer sites and Andrews Sykes depots
• Completing deliveries and collections efficiently and on time
• Loading, unloading, and securing equipment in line with safety procedures
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally
• Supporting the wider depot operation when required
• Maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and professionalism at all times

What We''re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Full UK Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence
• A strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A reliable and professional approach to work

Desirable

• ADR qualification
• HIAB certification
• Experience within the hire, plant, construction, or equipment rental industry
