About the Role

An HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver is required in Tewkesbury for full-time or part-time work. This role involves delivering palletised loads using a curtain-side trailer, performing daily vehicle checks, and completing trailer swaps with yard shunting. Limited handballing is needed. Operating new, clean, well-maintained trucks, drivers benefit from free on-site parking and a SNAP account for overnight stops. Shifts start between 05:00 and 07:00, with total estimated earnings of £18.49 to £20.17 per hour inclusive of annual leave. A £25.00 night out allowance is provided. The hourly rate is £16.50 (weekdays) or £18.00 (weekends), both PAYE.

We are looking for reliable HGV Class 1 tramper drivers to join our team in Tewkesbury for work Monday to Friday, plus weekend available. Earn £16.50 per hour to £18.00per hour annual leave with shifts starting between 05:00-07:00. Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily vehicle checks.

Deliver palletised loads on a curtain-side trailer.

Carry out trailer swaps and yard shunting.

Limited handballing required, but a positive and energetic attitude is essential.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid UK C E (Class 1) driving licence.

Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.

A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

A team player who takes pride in keeping vehicles clean and tidy.

Maximum of 9 points for minor endorsements.

Further Information:

PAYE flexible employment contract.

Monday to Friday £16.50 per hour (£18.49ph including annual leave)

Weekend £18.00 per hour (£20.17ph including annual leave)

£25 per night out expense

SNAP Account Truck stop parking available.

Fridge & Microwave available in truck.

Option for weekly or monthly pay (PAYE only).
