This role involves operating collection vehicles, completing designated routes, and working as part of a team to maintain high service standards within the community.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out scheduled and reactive refuse and recycling collectionsOperate vehicles and associated machinery safely and efficientlyComplete daily routes in line with schedules and agreed proceduresAdapt routes to accommodate traffic, road closures, weather, and operational changesUse in-cab technology/mobile devices to record work in real timePerform daily vehicle and equipment checks, reporting any defectsMaintain cleanliness of vehicles and machineryEnsure all waste is safely transported and disposed of at designated sitesComplete all required documentation, including weighbridge tickets and waste transfer notesAdhere to all Health and Safety procedures...
