This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Class 2 driver looking for consistent weekday work, competitive pay, and the potential to secure a permanent position with a well-established organisation.This is a hands-on role that combines professional driving duties with assisting the collection crew to ensure refuse and recycling rounds are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out daily refuse and recycling collections across designated routesSafely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles and associated collection equipmentAssist refuse loaders when required to ensure rounds are completed efficientlyUse in-cab technology and mobile devices in accordance with operational proceduresComplete all required paperwork and electronic records accurately and in real timeConduct daily pre-use and post-use vehicle inspections, reporting defects promptlyMaintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles and equipmentFollow safe manual handling and lifting procedures at all timesDeliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents and ..... full job details .....
