Class 2 Drivers Wanted – Musselburgh

Roles Available:

- Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver
- Class 2 Skip Driver

Pay: £14.04 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week + Overtime (paid at time and a half)
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temporary ongoing – with potential to go permanent with client

We’re currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to join a well-established waste management team in the Musselburgh area. These are excellent ongoing opportunities with the chance of permanent employment for the right candidates.

Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver – Duties:

- Drive a refuse collection vehicle on set routes
- Work alongside a crew to complete daily collections
- Assist loaders when required
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain safe operation

Class 2 Skip Driver – Duties:

- Deliver, exchange, and collect skips safely and efficiently
- Secure loads and complete required paperwork
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily checks
- Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements for Both Roles:

- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) Licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous relevant driving experience
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual
