HGV Class 2 Driver / Warehouse Operative

Gap Personnel is recruiting for a full-time, permanent HGV Class 2 Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. If you take pride in providing excellent service and enjoy a varied role combining driving and warehouse duties, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Location: Norwich, NR7
Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 per year

Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Key Duties:

• Afternoon multi-drop deliveries using HGV Class 2 vehicle
• Assisting with vehicle loading and movement in the evening
• Supporting with general warehouse duties and team tasks
• Fulfil late/special delivery requests whenever possible
• Assist colleagues to meet delivery promises
• Spot and report potential delivery delays early
• Work with other departments to improve service

Requirements

• Flexibility to meet needs of the business
• HGV Class 2 licence
• Driver CPC
• Excellent communication skills
