The Role As part of our transport team, you''ll be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of scaffolding materials to sites across Barnsley and the surrounding areas. You''ll work closely with our yard staff and scaffolders to ensure deliveries are made safely, efficiently, and on time. Responsibilities Deliver and collect scaffolding equipment to and from customer sites. Load and unload materials safely. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. Maintain high standards of road safety and customer service. Assist in the yard when required. Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence. Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card . Good knowledge of driver hours and tachograph regulations. Previous experience driving Class 2 vehicles. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
