About the Role

The HGV Class 2 Driver position in Quedgeley offers full-time, ad-hoc work starting at £14 per hour, with a temp-to-perm pathway for suitable candidates. Shifts begin around 05:00, Monday to Friday, with an ongoing requirement. This role welcomes both experienced and newly qualified drivers. Duties involve multi-drop deliveries (up to five drops daily) using 7.5t and Class 2 vehicles. Work is curtain side with forklift loading and unloading only, requiring no handball. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, completing accurate paperwork, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. This is a regular opportunity with a well-established independent wholesaler in Quedgeley.

Happy to drive both 7.5t & Class 2 vehicle as needed.
Multi-drop deliveries (up to 5 drops per day)
No handball - Curtain side forklift on and off only
Delivering excellent customer service
Completing delivery paperwork accurately
Keeping your vehicle clean and roadworthy
🚚 Requirements:
Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Licence
CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum 9 points for minor offences
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Professional and customer-focused attitude
