HGV Class 2 Driver - Bicester, Oxfordshire People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Shifts: • Monday to Friday, 07:00 - job finish Rates of Pay: • £15.00 per hour (minimum nine hours guaranteed each day) Benefits: Your benefits is a HGV Class 2 Driver will be: • Excellent hourly rates• Ongoing work• Weekly pay• On-site canteen• Training provided• Immediate starts Day-to-Day Duties: • Carrying out pallet deliveries throughout Oxfordshire• Operating and driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently to and from delivery locations• Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections• Ensuring all cargo is loaded and secured properly• Adhering to traffic laws and regulations• Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers• Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management• Assisting with loading and unloading of cargo when required Essential Skills: • Valid UK Category C licence• Minimum twelve months'' experience driving Category C vehicles• No more than six penalty points for minor infringements, with no major endorsement codes• Valid UK CPC card and Digi card• Good spoken and written English• Punctuality and excellent time-keeping skills• Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations• Effective communication skills Desirable ..... full job details .....
