HGV Class 2 Driver

Over the last 50 years we have grown to become one of Ireland''s largest independent distributors to the Catering, Hospitality, Wholesale and Health and Social Care sectors and now operate with a team of trained drivers delivering product at a competitive price whilst maintaining a high level of efficiency, safety and excellent customer service. We are currently looking to recruit a class 2 HGV driver to join our team at our depot based in Ballymena. Working closely with our warehousing and logistics team, you will be responsible for providing safe efficient and excellent service to our customers.The role entails delivering product to our customer base throughout Northern Ireland.Hours of work are: 6.30 am to finish. (can very from 2pm to 5pm,depending on run) We are happy to speak to candidates who prefer part-time work also. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.We require a flexible approach to working hours so that as a business we achieve our objective of delivering "the Right Goods to the Right Customer, Every time, On Time" Rate of pay £14.00 per hour plus potential bonus £1.00 per hour Job Duties and responsibilities (not limited to) Ensure that the correct loading/unloading procedures are followed and that all relevant documentation is completed while adhering to Health and Safety standards.
