HGV Class 2 Driver - Full Time

Mainstay are recruiting for a full-time class 2 driver for our long-standing client based in Northampton.-

The role involves up to 5 deliveries per day, with a small amount of pump-trucking and manual handling, working across various contracts for our client.-Perfect if you are a driver that likes variety, as no-two days will be the same. Shifts start between 05:00 and 08:00 and usually last on average between 8 - 10 hours. Shifts that last fewer than 8 hours are protected with a minimum of 8 hours gauranteed.-

This role is Monday to Friday with no expection of weekends, and is a full-time role after 12 weeks.-

Requirements
Valid UK HGV Class 2 driving licence
In-date CPC and Tachograph
No more than 6 endorsement point on licence for minor offences (DR and IN endorsements cannot be considered)
Preferred 2 years of HGV driving experience (but can accept less for the right candidate)

Pay
First 12 weeks - -14.00 per hour PAYE-OR--15.50 per hour including holiday pay
After 12 weeks - -14.95 per hour
