HGV Class 2 Driver

Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) for our customers in the UB postcode area (Uxbridge/ Hayes/ Northolt/ Greenford/ West Drayton etc) ALL ROLES ARE ON A TEMPORARY ADHOC BASIS - SHIFTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED £17.51 to £20.50 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay) (Depending on experience, overtime, nights, weekends etc) Excellent rates of pay! Requirements of a Class 2 Driver: Valid UK CAT C licence for at least 2 years with no more than 6 points (no DR DD TT IN or MS90 endorsements) Valid CPC and TACHO Manual driving licence You must be over the age of 25 years for insurance purposes At least 1 year HGV Class 2 driving experience (references required) Have more than 90 days appropriate driving experience (Cat C) in the past 12 months Physically fit, as some jobs require lifting and shifting Excellent verbal and written English skills to interact with customers and team members Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards Type of shifts for a Class 2 Driver: A to B drops, Multi drop deliveries in and around M25 (up to 10 drops) Movies/TV and Events Builders merchants and Scaffolding Insulation and Dry Lining Shifts are mainly during the week - Monday to Friday (occasional weekends) All-round Duties for a Class 2 Driver: Communicate with customers to confirm delivery ..... full job details .....
