Job description:

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Milton Keynes area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team.

Role:

• Monday to Friday (Wednesday 18.03.2026 Start)

Hours:

• 9am start 

Pay Rate:

• Days - £15.36 per hour PAYE

Location: Milton Keynes, MK17

Job Type: Ongoing 

The role:

• · Delivering palletized parcels to sub depots and delivery units & conducting collections.
•   Required to locate the pallets assigned to your route in the warehouse, wrap them, and load the vehicle yourself
• · Using tail lift/pump truck to handle pallets at sub depots.
• · Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
• · Maintaining a clean and organised vehicle.
• · Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams for efficient operations.

Requirements:

• · Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
•   Minimum of 6 months experience
• · Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• · No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• · Full understanding of WTD legislation.
• · Ability to operate tail lift and pump truck equipment.
• · Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
• · Excellent communication skills.
• · A safety-first mindset.
