Hgv Class 2 Driver

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Knottingley area. We are looking for a HGV Class 2 Driver (CAT C) to join the team on a temporary basis for holiday cover. 
 

Hours: A-hoc/volume orientated, 7am start time 

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour PAYE 

Location: Knottingley, WF11 

Job Type: Temporary 
 

The role: 

• Conduct day runs, Monday to Friday, starting at 0700hrs. 
• Perform up to 5 drops daily, delivering packaging products. 
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to designated locations. 
• Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach during deliveries. 
• Always adhere to road safety regulations and company policies. 

Requirements: 

• Valid HGV Class 2 (CAT C) entitlement. 
• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. 
• New passes welcome to apply. 
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). 
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety. 
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. 
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
